HALDN processes operational data required to design, operate, and support its systems.

Data collection

We collect only data required for system operation, security monitoring, support, auditability, and understanding whether the public website is useful.

Website measurement

The public website uses privacy-focused traffic measurement and a first-party event log. The event log records page paths, general referral or campaign labels, and actions such as opening contact options, downloading the public resume, or visiting public project links. It does not store visitor IP addresses, names, email addresses, message contents, user-agent strings, or persistent advertising identifiers. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honored.

Data retention

Public website event logs are retained for up to 180 days. Other retention periods are set by operational and legal requirements, with customer-specific policies applied where needed.

Use of data

Data is used to operate systems, maintain reliability, and investigate incidents. We do not sell customer data.
